One of my specialties is new construction homes. I regularly tour model homes throughout Wesley Chapel, San Antonio, Dade City, Land O’ Lakes, and surrounding areas so I can provide buyers with up-to-date information on builders, floor plans, incentives, and communities. My goal is to help you understand your options and negotiate the best value, whether you’re purchasing a move-in-ready home or building from the ground up.

Before becoming a REALTOR, I worked in sales and marketing, giving me a strong foundation in customer service, negotiation, and strategic marketing. Today, I use those skills to help sellers maximize their home’s value with professional photography, video marketing, social media exposure, strategic pricing, and expert guidance from listing to closing.

Outside of real estate, I’m married, a proud Labrador mom to Remi and Marlee, and I enjoy hiking, biking, exploring local restaurants, and supporting businesses throughout our community. I love showcasing everything that makes the Tampa Bay area a great place to live, from new neighborhoods and local events to hidden gems and family-friendly destinations.
